United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD
Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 USD
Rest of World: Free shipping on orders over $250 USD

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders ship from the United States.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.
This includes shipments to Canada, which may be subject to import duties or tariffs depending on the product’s country of origin.
All international shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) — meaning import costs are paid by the customer upon delivery.
We’re not responsible for customs delays or changes to import tariffs or regulations that may affect your order.

All prices are listed and processed in USD.

Full payment is taken at checkout to confirm your order.
If purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply a small currency conversion fee.
Return/Exchange Policy
we accept returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
If you ordered the wrong size or colour, we’ll do our best to exchange for the same style (subject to availability).
If a replacement isn’t available, we can offer store credit for a future order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International Orders
Exchanges and returns are generally not accepted for international orders (outside the United States), except in the case of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Once inspected and approved, we’ll refund your item and reimburse standard return shipping costs.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
